PayoffPlan is provided as a free static calculator. By using it you agree that results are estimates, that the site is not advising you, and that you will not rely on it as a payoff quote from any lender.

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions you make after looking at a schedule, including payments, refinances, or settlements.

Do not use the planner to store sensitive identifiers. You may reuse this static project on your own Cloudflare Pages site if you keep the disclaimer visible.

These terms may change when the operator of a particular deployment updates the page. The copy on this URL is the copy that applies to that deployment.
